CINEPUNCH Refund Policy

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in CINEPUNCH products. Below are the guidelines for requesting a refund. This policy applies only to purchases made on Gumroad. If you purchased CINEPUNCH products on Videohive, please refer to their refund policy.

If your refund request aligns with this policy, contact me within 14 days of purchase for assistance.


Before Requesting a Refund

If you experience any issues with a product, please reach out to me at phantazmafx@gmail.com. Many problems can be resolved quickly with guidance.


Refund Eligibility: Within 14 Days of Purchase

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase under these conditions:

  • The Product Is “Not as Described”
    If the product does not match its description and the issue is not resolved within 72 hours of reporting it, you are eligible for a refund.
  • The Product Does Not Work Properly
    If technical problems occur and cannot be resolved within 72 hours after you provide detailed information about the issue, a refund will be issued.
  • Product Purchased by Mistake
    If the product was added to the cart and paid for by mistake but has not been downloaded or the license key used, a refund will be provided.
  • Customer Support Was Not Provided
    If a request for support is made and no response is received within 72 hours, a refund can be requested.

How to Request Support

To request support, use one of the following methods:

  • Fill out the feedback form on the contact page using the same email used for the Gumroad purchase.
  • Reply directly to the invoice email received from Gumroad.

Refund Requests That Will Not Be Considered

Refund requests are not accepted in these cases:

  1. More Than 14 Days Have Passed
    Refunds are not available after 14 days unless the delay was caused by a late response to a support request.
  2. Change of Mind
    Refunds are not provided if you no longer need the product or decide not to use it after purchase.
  3. Lack of Experience
    Refunds are not issued if you lack experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. Tutorials are available to help.
  4. Inadequate System Requirements
    Refunds are not provided if your computer or software does not meet the minimum technical requirements.
  5. Insufficient Details in the Refund Request
    A clear explanation of the issue, including screenshots, video captures, or detailed descriptions, is required to process a refund request.
